Season 4 – Gameweek 4 – Preview

Pocket Dawgs vs Mancs in Black

Things don’t look particularly even in the Singapore derby. The Mancs look clinical whereas the Dawgs seem to be missing a bone, in this case a spine. How long will it be before we start fearing for Conte’s employment prospects?

Los Hijos vs Halfman United

The maurauding Halfmen come up against what’s likely to be their stiffest challenge to date, but we suspect a lack of creativity from yoghurt sponsored Chuds may be their downfall.

Maychester vs Pigs

A real test for Maychester as to whether they’re genuine contenders or merely also rans. Neither team will want to lose their perfect defensive records, but we’d back the Pigs who are making a habit of scoring wonder goals in tight matchups.

Les Canards vs Arbor Red

With so little of the season underway, injuries are already a concern for the Ducks with influential names like Lewandowski and Ozil both out. The so far toothless Arbor Red attack will be hoping that Le Roy’s expansive tactics and formation will gift them plenty opportunities.

Weasels vs FC Cers

Neither of these two former champions have quite found their groove yet this season. Lambert’s team have two main concerns, picking up a lot of yellow cards and unlocking Neymar. FC Cers on paper have not yet matched up to FC Cers on the pitch, but this could be the game where that all changes.

Chilean Menace vs Carrcelona

The Geese will be happy with their so unbeaten start, but would probably prefer some of those draws to have been wins. The jury is still out on the Chilean Menace, having only picked up points against Surreal Madrid. A good result here could be a defining point of either sides season.

Farcelona vs Nilwall

Two evenly matched a freescoring sides, once again we’re predicting fireworks for Pekerman’s Nilwall. Farcelona were utterly dominant against Surreal Madrid, but will be looking to cut down on the number the offside calls they fell foul to.

BBC vs La Ball de la Foot

Luckless BBC will be hopeful of rebooting their season with a result against a patchy La Ball de la Foot. There are concerns in Lbdlf circles that their manager doesn’t truly know his best team and is struggling at a tactical level in this league, but if there ever was an opponent try new things against, it’s the Big Cocks.

Sporting Martyrs vs Surreal Madrid

Nobody expect this start from the Martyrs, who just do not look clinical enough in front of goal, the squad rotation from the last game should provoke a response from the benched first teamers in this game. Bruce’s boys at Madrid have a game plan that has worked 100% of the time 33% of the time, but injuries and suspensions to key players could prove an issue in an already difficult looking season.
